I lost the battle on Ebay when a buyer purchased my saddle and then told me she didn't like it. She then told me it was damaged on the horn and that it had been for a long time. I told her there was no damage when I shipped it and Paypal finally stepped in (we had a battle over who pays shipping) and settled it.
